Key Responsibilities

  • •Create and refresh CBS dependency mapping aligned between operational resiliency and business continuity management.
  • •Plan and facilitate CBS scenario testing and resilience exercises; document outcomes and track remediation from identification to closure.
  • •Create operational resiliency documentation aligned with the E-21 guideline, including annual reviews and refreshes.
  • •Provide program updates to senior leaders, risk committees, and stakeholders based on learning and identified enhancements.
  • •Develop and maintain cross-market relationships as a trusted 1LOD operational resilience partner and SME to progress program maturity and strengthen the control environment.

Key Requirements
