Job Summary

Own and enhance the app and web trading experiences, from market discovery and watchlists to order placement, positions, alerts, trade history, and account/margin visibility. Partner with engineering, design, data, trading, risk, middle office, eFX, operations, compliance, support, and commercial teams to deliver end-to-end initiatives. Translate trader and business needs into clear product requirements, manage backlogs, use analytics to prioritize friction points, and monitor adoption and execution-related metrics while meeting regulatory and operational requirements.

Key Responsibilities

•Define, own, and continuously refine the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Axi’s app and web trading experience.
•Build and improve trader-facing experiences including market discovery, watchlists, charts, order tickets/flows, positions, order management, trade history, alerts, and margin/account visibility.
•Partner cross-functionally to deliver trading product initiatives end-to-end and ensure middle office, execution, reconciliation, risk, and operational processes support the front-end experience.
•Translate trader needs and business requirements into product requirements, priorities, user stories, workflows, and well-managed engineering backlogs.
•Use data and feedback to identify friction points, prioritize improvements, lead feature rollouts, and monitor adoption/engagement/conversion and incident-related metrics.

Key Requirements

•7+ years of total work experience, with most in product management, ideally across trading platforms, fintech, brokerage, investing, FX/CFDs, wealth, payments, or similarly complex digital products.
•Experience building or improving app and/or web product experiences for high-intent, high-frequency, or financially sensitive customer environments.
•Strong understanding of trading products and trader behaviour, including expectations before, during, and after placing a trade.
•Knowledge of trading platform experiences such as market search, watchlists, charts, order placement, open positions, order history, account balances, margin usage, P&L, alerts, deposits/withdrawals, and client reporting.
•Proven track record owning and delivering successful software products/features across web and/or mobile platforms.
