Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver Business Credit Office tasks aligned to OKRs, SLAs, and KPIs.
  • •Support the end-to-end Credit & Lending servicing journey to ensure a seamless process for customers and internal stakeholders.
  • •Assist relationship managers with credit analysis and timely submission of credit proposals for facilities.
  • •Coordinate preparation of facility letters and internal security documents, ensuring completeness of security documentation.
  • •Proactively manage credit quality through periodic credit reviews, covenant/conditions tracking, and escalation of deviations for resolution.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience gained at a boutique advisory or big four institution is highly preferred.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance or a related field is desirable.
  • •Analytical with a keen eye for details.
  • •Comprehensive understanding of risk management and proven experience ensuring compliance with organisational and regulatory requirements.
  • •Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
