  • •Deliver vehicles straight to customers’ doors using custom car haulers.
  • •Frequently load and unload vehicles and inspect the car hauler to ensure vehicles are safe to drive.
  • •Complete customer paperwork and enter thorough notes in the customer tracking system.
  • •Drive safely and maintain a clean driving record per Carvana’s CMV Driver Qualification policy.
  • •Work required shift hours (7 days/week availability) with rotating days off.

Key Requirements

  • •At least 2 years of customer-facing experience.
  • •Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including detailing vehicles and loading/unloading in indoor/outdoor conditions.

  • •Must be able to lift/carry/push/pull items up to 50 lbs and sustain activity for 8+ hours.
  • •Must pass a drug test, obtain a DOT Medical Card, and be at least 21 with a valid driver’s license.
