Job Summary

Lead the development and commercialization of assigned footwear products by partnering with Tier 1 factory personnel and technical teams. Drive successful handoff from design to samples and production, ensuring manufacturability, material standards, timeline, and cost-to-target performance. Continuously upgrade development processes and implement new technology, supervising end-to-end work between HQ/Creation Center and factories. Manage cross-functional alignment across HQ and external stakeholders, ensuring compliance with Responsible Sourcing and legal requirements.

Key Responsibilities

•Manage the development and commercialization process for assigned products with Tier 1 factory personnel and technical teams.
•Provide technical expertise to transition design into samples and production, meeting manufacturability, materials standards, timeline, and cost-to-target.

•Ability to read shell patterns, 2D and 3D blueprints, and cost-related documents (e.g., BOM/CBD/FCT) and decipher cost breakdowns.
