Job Summary

Join AMD’s growing NPI System-level Test (SLT) Product Development team as a Member of Technical Staff. You will own SLT test solution development and optimization to meet milestones (time, yield, cost, quality), collaborate across Diagnostics, QA, BIOS, and platform teams, and drive test coverage from pre-silicon through high-volume production while enabling improvements to software and test coverage across AMD’s embedded/microprocessor platforms.

Key Responsibilities

•Drive SLT test solution/coverage development to meet milestones (schedule, test time, yield, cost, quality)
•Collaborate with Diagnostics, QA & Reliability, BIOS and software/platform teams to balance quality and cost in SLT solutions
•Engage in pre- and post-silicon phases, including test flow planning, coverage bring-up, and hardware checkout
•Validate new product features, test conditions, methodologies, and contents for SLT
•Provide technical supervision or mentoring to junior engineers and interface with OSAT for test program implementation

Key Requirements

•NPI SLT test experience with directing SLT test patterns, calibration test flows/method development, and debugging in an NPI Product Engineering team
•BS/MS in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or comparable discipline
•Proven collaboration across multiple engineering teams to determine SLT coverage, content, and root-cause resolution
•Experience with silicon characterization across process, voltage, and temperature
•Strong understanding of test programs, and ability to drive critical milestones with test hardware/software/diagnostics
