Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive SLT test solution/coverage development to meet milestones (schedule, test time, yield, cost, quality)
  • •Collaborate with Diagnostics, QA & Reliability, BIOS and software/platform teams to balance quality and cost in SLT solutions
  • •Engage in pre- and post-silicon phases, including test flow planning, coverage bring-up, and hardware checkout
  • •Validate new product features, test conditions, methodologies, and contents for SLT
  • •Provide technical supervision or mentoring to junior engineers and interface with OSAT for test program implementation

Key Requirements

  • •NPI SLT test experience with directing SLT test patterns, calibration test flows/method development, and debugging in an NPI Product Engineering team
  • •BS/MS in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or comparable discipline
  • •Proven collaboration across multiple engineering teams to determine SLT coverage, content, and root-cause resolution
  • •Experience with silicon characterization across process, voltage, and temperature
  • •Strong understanding of test programs, and ability to drive critical milestones with test hardware/software/diagnostics
