Key Responsibilities

  • •Design and establish a resource planning capability across the Studio Business Group, creating an integrated view of capacity, demand, commitments, and capability gaps.
  • •Develop consistent planning principles, definitions, processes, and reporting across studios and functions, and connect resource planning to portfolio, financial, production, and workforce planning.
  • •Partner with studios and functional leaders to forecast workforce ramps, reductions, critical milestones, and capability needs; identify and mitigate capacity risks.
  • •Build resource analytics and executive reporting on workforce capacity, development ramps, capability gaps, contractor/vendor utilization, outsourcing demand/cost, and forecast accuracy.
  • •Build, lead, and coach a Resource Planning team and personally lead the organization's most complex planning and executive analysis.
