Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage end-to-end project delivery for Pleos Connect and SDK areas, covering requirements, development, validation, release, and vehicle application.
  • •Create As-is/To-be scope definitions and build priority-based execution plans, including milestone and progress tracking.
  • •Perform requirement and change impact analysis to manage scope and application effects across components and vehicle integration.
  • •Define and operate release lifecycle and integration steps, tracking application status per SDK/OS release and monitoring integration issues.
  • •Lead cross-functional alignment with development, QA, platform, vehicle SW, planning, and external partners to resolve dependency and schedule conflicts, and balance quality vs. timeline readiness.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of experience as a PM/PMO/Product Manager or in a related role.
  • •Experience with software development or hands-on collaboration with development organizations.
  • •Understanding of OS, IVI, SDK/API, platform, or embedded software structures.
  • •Experience managing schedules and issues across multi-organization projects.
  • •Experience managing requirements, dependencies, and application status in complex system environments.
