Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and maintain a comprehensive integrated maintenance schedule.
  • •Produce maintenance schedules in line with work management principles, procedures, and site-specific guidelines.
  • •Schedule to achieve optimal plant and equipment availability while minimizing disruption to Operations.
  • •Chair schedule meetings with key stakeholders and actively participate in standard planning meetings.
  • •Use CMMS (SAP) to analyze equipment performance data, recommend maintenance process improvements, and generate regular maintenance performance reports.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in engineering, maintenance management, or a trade certification qualification (Mechanical / Electrical / Instrumentation).
  • •5+ years of experience in maintenance scheduling or planning, preferably in oil and gas or heavy industrial environments.
  • •Experience with SAP, P6, Prometheus, or similar scheduling software.
  • •Strong leadership and communication skills to manage multiple priorities.
  • •Strong business and scheduling process knowledge within a maintenance environment.
