Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the Risk Financing & Analytics strategy and growth agenda across EMEA.
  • •Partner across Commercial Risk Solutions, Industry Practices, and Client Leadership to bring analytics-led solutions to clients.
  • •Support business development activity, including major client pursuits and tenders, by articulating analytics value and differentiation.
  • •Drive development and deployment of next-generation analytics tools and solutions, including Analyzer and Diagnostic capabilities.
  • •Lead, mentor, and develop a team of risk financing and analytics professionals across multiple geographies.

Key Requirements

  • •Significant experience in risk financing, analytics, capital modelling, or risk consulting in a consulting, insurance, reinsurance, or related professional services environment.
  • •Proven track record leading client-facing analytics initiatives and translating technical solutions into commercial value for clients and partners.
  • •Experience leading, mentoring, and developing high-performing teams across multiple geographies.
  • •Strong partner management and influencing skills with experience engaging senior executives, clients, and business leaders.
  • •Degree in a quantitative field; postgraduate qualification or relevant professional designation would be helpful.
