Key Responsibilities

•Lead and ensure deliveries within established targets.
•Interface with peers to bring ideas, analyze logistics indicators, and develop action plans for improvement.
•Participate in audits and drive transformation, internalizing Mercado Livre culture and values.
•Be a driver of safety culture, incident response, and health and environmental investigations.
•Manage team development plans, provide feedback, track attendance and hours, and focus on employee engagement.

Key Requirements

•University degree in Engineering, Administration, Logistics or related fields.
•Gemba experience in logistics operations (transport, production, retail, e-commerce, inbound, sorting and shipping).
•Experience leading in-house and third-party operational teams.
•Knowledge of 5S, Kaizen, 5PQs; intermediate Excel; Power BI and Tableau user level for dashboards.
•Willingness to work onsite in São Bernardo do Campo, SP, with shifts 14:00–08:00 (5x2), including weekends/holidays as scheduled.
