Key Responsibilities

  • •Prepare routine reports for the line manager, including daily tanker statements, bunker reports, and road delivery reports.
  • •Manage telephone communications, directing incoming calls to the appropriate personnel.
  • •Organize and maintain filing systems for physical and electronic documents, ensuring easy retrieval and policy-compliant record keeping.
  • •Maintain computer-based records with accurate, up-to-date data and coordinate with local authorities and oil terminals/companies for port passes and permits.
  • •Monitor employee attendance and outsourced staff timesheets, prepare attendance and monthly manhour reports, and create purchase/internal requisitions while reviewing vendor invoices and following up on payments.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in business administration (or related field).
  • •Minimum 6 years of experience in a similar role; oil & gas distribution industry experience is preferred.
  • •Strong understanding of safety standards and basic terminal operations.
  • •Ability to maintain accurate physical and computer-based records and ensure compliance with record-keeping policies.
  • •Knowledge of labor laws and regulations in the UAE for audit report preparation and best-practice compliance.
