Deliver exceptional customer service at the cashwrap for Coach, greeting customers warmly while maintaining operational accuracy. Promote add-on sales, gift cards, and support the Insider Program. Handle cash and related transactions with compliance, process returns and damaged goods, and complete end-of-shift audits. Keep the checkout area clean and organized, monitor equipment, and assist with training and mentoring to uphold service standards.
