Key Responsibilities

  • •Support the store manager with staffing structure, payroll expense minimization, and productivity using sales ratio performance balance.
  • •Evaluate employees’ day-to-day performance and identify talents, potentials, and training needs.
  • •Oversee IR matters and ensure timely, consistent handling of employee concerns in compliance with policies; maintain personnel files.
  • •Ensure store compliance with adidas systems/procedures, legal statutes, and safety guidelines, including security procedures and shrinkage control.
  • •Assist with merchandising/advertising programs, customer complaint resolution, and communication of inventory overages/shortages to maintain inventory levels.

Key Requirements

  • •Matric Certificate.
  • •4+ years of retail experience.
  • •Minimum 2 years of experience in a leadership role.
  • •Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating/maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
  • •Ability to use MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and point of sale systems.
