Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the technical knowledge hub for all GTM: demo library, reference architectures, competitive technical positioning, and AI use-case pattern assets.
  • •Raise the technical floor for AEs and CSMs by enabling use-case fluency and holding up AI transformation conversations in front of CIOs and product leadership.
  • •Systematize SA expertise into accessible knowledge for the broader field using a knowledge-multiplier model.
  • •Co-own SA ramp and ongoing development alongside the Head of SA and senior SA team to accelerate onboarding and continuous growth.
  • •Audit current GTM technical knowledge assets, map gaps to deal losses, and build the initial AI use-case pattern library and reference architecture set.

Key Requirements

  • •7+ years in a technical GTM role (SA, SE, solutions consultant, or technical enablement), with experience building systems to scale field learning.
  • •Technically credible to be a peer to SAs and fluent enough commercially to translate technical depth into what AEs and CSMs can use in the field.
  • •Experience building and shipping technical knowledge systems such as demo libraries, reference architectures, competitive technical positioning, and AI use-case pattern libraries.
  • •Fluency in AI use cases and enterprise AI transformation conversations, to be the most prepared person in the room.
  • •Strong cross-functional operator who can build the scope as the role spans three GTM pillars with no precedent.
