•Manage HR systems, maintain accurate employee records, benefits enrolment, and generating HR reports.
•Oversee Employee Onboarding from offer to start date to ensure a smooth transition.
•Develop and implement HR policies and procedures across Sierra, ensuring legal compliance and alignment with company values.
•Design and implement employee engagement programs to improve satisfaction and communication.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: GBP 110,000 - 185,000 annually
