Key Responsibilities

  • •Issue, reissue, refund, and book passenger tickets and confirm flight reservations.
  • •Rebook passengers during oversold flights and irregular operations.
  • •Perform passenger check-in, seat assignment, upgrades, and assist with boarding and boarding announcements.
  • •Handle baggage operations including acceptance, checking, tagging, and processing transactions at kiosks and ticket counters.
  • •Provide customer service including special assistance, security/emergency assistance, and complete required flight close-out and relevant training.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or GED (or international equivalent).
  • •Must fulfill FAA criminal background checks for unescorted access privileges (SIDA), if applicable.
