Key Responsibilities

•Serve as the regional risk owner to build, improve, and monitor processes that detect and prevent fraud across transactions, KYC, onboarding, and affiliation.
•Design and manage BPO workflows and SOPs to scale repetitive analytical tasks, ensuring data pipelines and queues remain stable.
•Lead investigations and analysis of suspicious behavior, fraudulent transactions, and abuse; respond to escalations and manage incidents end-to-end.
•Optimize regional risk AI workflows by defining AI opportunities, evaluating model outputs and data drift, fine-tuning LLM prompts, and performing RCA when performance degrades.
•Design Human-in-the-Loop supervision protocols, align risk strategies with business goals, and produce regular fraud reports for leadership.

Key Requirements

•3+ years of experience in operations, investigations, or risk strategy related to fraud, abuse, or cybercrime.
•Proven experience working with BPOs.
•Ability to act as a regional owner and make autonomous, high-stakes decisions on risk thresholds and strategy launches.
•Ability to evaluate opposing viewpoints and gather information from online sources and community groups.
•High oral and written proficiency in English and Spanish.
