Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as the regional risk owner to build, improve, and monitor processes that detect and prevent fraud across transactions, KYC, onboarding, and affiliation.
  • •Design and manage BPO workflows and SOPs to scale repetitive analytical tasks, ensuring data pipelines and queues remain stable.
  • •Lead investigations and analysis of suspicious behavior, fraudulent transactions, and abuse; respond to escalations and manage incidents end-to-end.
  • •Optimize regional risk AI workflows by defining AI opportunities, evaluating model outputs and data drift, fine-tuning LLM prompts, and performing RCA when performance degrades.
  • •Design Human-in-the-Loop supervision protocols, align risk strategies with business goals, and produce regular fraud reports for leadership.

Key Requirements

  • •3+ years of experience in operations, investigations, or risk strategy related to fraud, abuse, or cybercrime.
  • •Proven experience working with BPOs.
  • •Ability to act as a regional owner and make autonomous, high-stakes decisions on risk thresholds and strategy launches.
  • •Ability to evaluate opposing viewpoints and gather information from online sources and community groups.
  • •High oral and written proficiency in English and Spanish.
