Customer Sales & Service Rep I

Deliver exceptional customer service for commercial and residential customers in the green industry. Build and manage customer relationships, assist with questions via in-person, phone, or online ordering, and prepare inventory orders for pickup or delivery. Identify opportunities to grow sales with current and potential customers while partnering with branch leadership to adopt new technologies. Support store tasks including merchandising and inventory in a safe working environment.
