•Drive results by exceeding sales goals and key performance indicators.
•Support inventory and merchandising while maintaining a clean, organized, welcoming store environment.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: CAD 18.2 - 21.4 hourly

Key Requirements

•Previous experience in retail, hospitality, or a client-focused environment with strong customer relationships.
•Passion for beauty and trends, with a drive to empower clients and boost confidence.
•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for personalized consultations.
•Ability to work well as a team in a collaborative, goal-oriented, inclusive environment.
•Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
