Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive topline growth forecasting for key growth bets and own understanding/communication of forecast assumptions with leadership.
  • •Own the portfolio narrative and communicate the financial story of growth performance to senior leadership.
  • •Identify strongest growth bets by assessing consolidated growth potential across international markets and retailer acquisition channels and translating into investment trade-offs.
  • •Build growth performance management and forecasting telemetry/infrastructure to provide leadership real-time visibility into performance.
  • •Proactively surface structural, system-wide opportunities and risks before they appear in quarterly numbers and partner with growth teams to track execution plans against goals.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree and 7+ years of work experience in strategic finance (preferred), private equity/venture capital, investment banking, or management consulting.
  • •Build frameworks and financial infrastructure from scratch and create reporting/telemetry that turns raw data into decision-ready narratives.
  • •Synthesize portfolio performance across multiple channels and markets and form a clear, high-conviction point of view on the biggest consolidated growth opportunities.
  • •Apply analytical rigor to decompose problems, quantify trade-offs, and go deep on unit economics (CAC, LTV, ROI, payback).
  • •Experiment with AI tools to accelerate analytical work and communicate insights credibly to executives and cross-functional partners.
