Strategic Finance Senior Lead

Serve as a portfolio-level finance partner (“mini-CFO”) for Faire’s International expansion and Retailer Growth growth engines. Own forecasting and growth assumptions, communicate a clear financial narrative to senior leadership, and identify high-conviction growth bets across markets and acquisition channels. Build telemetry, forecasting infrastructure, and early-warning frameworks to surface structural risks and opportunities before they hit quarterly numbers. Partner with cross-functional teams to track execution against goals.
