Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

•Oversee day-to-day IT application and solution functioning, including MSP delivery for support, maintenance, and operational performance.
•Coordinate and validate MSP activities for testing, maintenance, performance, incident/escalation, releases, change management, and disaster recovery/business continuity.
•Strategize the design, build, implementation, and administration of monitoring tools for networks, systems, and platform applications in partnership with the MSP.
•Coordinate routine maintenance tasks (backups, patch management, hot fixes, and software releases) performed by the MSP.
•Establish and maintain standard operating procedures, develop remote-user support strategies focused on security, and report MSP performance metrics to senior leadership.

•Problem management and escalation coordination with external providers, with strong communication and analytical skills.
