Key Responsibilities

  • ā€¢Partner cross-functionally to align on scope, unblock delivery, communicate progress, and translate between business objectives and technical solutions.
  • ā€¢Identify and mitigate delivery risks early while navigating ambiguity and evolving requirements with stakeholders.
  • ā€¢Collaborate with CDAO, military departments and services, industry partners, and academia to develop actionable delivery plans aligned to mission impact.
  • ā€¢Establish milestone tracking and delivery operations best practices, and run regular progress reviews with CDAO and defense stakeholders.

Key Requirements

  • ā€¢10+ years of experience in defense enterprise AI and digital transformation, national security consulting, delivery leadership, or senior program management across cross-functional teams.
  • ā€¢Active U.S. Government TS/SCI clearance.
  • ā€¢Experience leading organizational transformation initiatives (AI, digital, or business transformation) with defense departments, agencies, or military services.
  • ā€¢Proven track record influencing executive/board-level decision-making and driving clarity, accountability, and alignment.
  • ā€¢Experience managing large-scale AI/ML, enterprise API-based deployments, and enterprise AI adoption and orchestration.
