Key Responsibilities

  • •Prepare proforma federal returns and detailed supporting workpapers.
  • •Prepare state and local income/franchise tax returns and calculate state apportionment factors.
  • •Calculate federal and state estimated tax payments and extensions, and assist with quarterly forecasts and cash flow analyses.
  • •Perform federal and state tax research, draft technical memos, and respond to notices from tax authorities.
  • •Coordinate with outside service providers and Legal for indirect tax compliance and business license filings, and identify/process improvement opportunities.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of relevant work experience with a Bachelors Degree, or at least 2 years with an Advanced degree (e.g., Masters, MBA, JD, MD), or 0 years with a PhD.
