Commercial Banker C&I

Develop and grow a portfolio of middle-market commercial relationships for C&I lending and treasury management. Generate revenue through targeted business development, prospecting, and referral network leverage, while underwriting and structuring credit requests in line with internal policies. Negotiate loan terms and manage ongoing credit monitoring, including covenants and risk ratings, plus identify and address problem loans. Support cross-selling of cash, wealth, and deposit products and mentor junior loan staff.
