•Plan and oversee the development schedule of prototypes.
•Own fit selection for in-line apparel categories and provide fit mentorship on advanced developments.
•Collaborate cross-functionally to support smooth communication and consistent fit execution using analysis, pattern corrections, and visual adjustments.
•Fit and provide comments on virtual and physical prototypes (including size run fittings) across a range of 3D avatars.
•Enter fit comments into the PLM system and work with digital product creation to build 3D digital assets as needed.

Key Requirements

•4+ years of experience in patternmaking, fitting, and technical development, plus 2+ years of experience in a 3D program.
•5+ years of experience in technical development.
•Demonstrated knowledge of apparel fit analysis, grading, construction, patternmaking, and 3D.
•Ability to manage multiple seasonal calendars in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
•Strong proficiency with MS Office, Adobe Illustrator, PLM programs, and 3D proto software, with clear communication to vendors and manufacturers.
