Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage all aspects of the assigned branch by driving performance through leading, coaching, and managing teammates.
  • •Drive branch business development and revenue growth through small business development, new client strategies, face-to-face appointments, outbound calling, and prospecting.
  • •Promote the bank’s purpose and values in the community and participate in civic, government, professional, business, and community affairs to prospect and develop new business.
  • •Ensure compliance with internal controls, operational procedures, risk management policies, and the Truist Code of Ethics, completing required training for the team.
  • •Handle human capital responsibilities including interviewing, selection, hiring, workforce scheduling, performance reviews, counseling, and disciplinary actions.

Key Requirements
