•Support sales goals and KPIs by exceeding performance targets.
•Support inventory and merchandising while maintaining a clean, organized, welcoming store environment.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 18 - 20.5 hourly

Key Requirements

•Previous experience providing excellent service and building client relationships in a retail, hospitality, or client-focused environment.
•Passion for beauty, trends, and empowering confidence.
•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
•Ability to work as a team member in a collaborative, goal-oriented, inclusive environment.
•Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
