Job Summary

Drive driver and fleet supply growth by managing on-ground operations across cities. You’ll handle fleet acquisition and retention, run CSAT/PSAT and driver research, and analyze market share to improve the company’s footprint. Partner with GTM, marketing, legal, and GR teams to build onboarding strategies for new and active drivers, identify supply gaps, and establish acquisition channels—while recruiting and retaining offline/online recruiters and coordinating with local authorities.

•Build and maintain healthy driver supply in cities
•Run CSAT/PSAT activities and conduct driver research and surveys

•Support cross-functional teams (GTM, marketing, legal, GR) and build GTM strategies to onboard new and active drivers
•Conduct market share analysis, improve market footprint, and identify supply gaps to establish new acquisition channels

Travel: Extensive travel

Key Requirements

•5+ years of relevant experience in a fast-paced environment
•3+ years of experience managing large operational teams across different cities/regions
•Strong analytical and qualitative skills to use data for large-scale operational challenges
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills
•Strong understanding of the supply ecosystem in a consumer tech environment; startup experience is a must
