Job Summary

Build customer profiles and identify financial needs using a consultative sales process and Financial Needs Assessment. Recommend retail consumer and small-business solutions, proactively reach out with CAMP and marketing tools, and cross-sell while engaging in outside sales and community events. Partner with mortgage, small business, commercial, and investment teams to refer customers for holistic solutions, while meeting production and customer experience goals and handling teller transactions with strong risk and ethics practices.

Key Responsibilities

•Use consultative sales and Financial Needs Assessment to build customer profiles and identify current and future needs.
•Maintain knowledge of retail consumer and small business products/services and recommend appropriate solutions using the bank’s value proposition.
•Utilize CAMP and approved marketing tools to proactively reach out and set appointments for periodic financial reviews.
•Cross-sell to existing customers and conduct outside sales activities such as business sales calls and community financial literacy events.
•Refer customers to assigned business partners and provide guidance to CSRs on the sales and referral process while meeting customer experience and production goals.

Travel: Medium travel

Key Requirements

•College degree or work experience with transferrable skills (or a combination of education and experience).
•Experience in the financial industry (preferred).
•Demonstrated ability to develop comfort with sales activities to acquire new customers and cross-sell to existing customers.
•Must be able to demonstrate understanding of advanced math functions for analysis of credit and financial information.
•This position requires S.A.F.E. Act registration at the time of employment through the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS).
