Provide effective, safe nursing care for a selected group of patients and families, following established nursing regimes and care plans under guidance of a preceptor or RN. Deliver assessment, medication administration, immunizations, phlebotomy, and emergency interventions as indicated. Ensure quality and patient safety by adhering to QCHP competencies, Joint Commission International expectations, and maintaining accurate electronic medical record documentation while coordinating with healthcare teams.
