Job Summary

Support the execution of People priorities across multiple Product organizations in the Services business. Partner with People Business Partners, Centers of Expertise, business leaders, and cross-functional teams to drive high-quality delivery of people strategy workstreams. Own day-to-day People Operations execution (talent, compensation, performance calibration, org health), lead Launcher early-careers coordination, and deliver insights and executive-ready materials using data tools like Excel, Workday, and AI-enabled interventions.

Key Responsibilities

•Own timely execution of day-to-day People Strategy deliverables for the Services business with exceptional follow through.
•Manage cyclical people processes including Talent, Compensation, Performance Calibration, and Organizational Health Inputs.
•Serve as the operational anchor for the PBP team by driving clarity, timelines, coordination, and quality in deliverables.
•Lead coordination of the Launcher (early careers) program across Services in partnership with Talent Acquisition and People Business Partners.
•Conduct analysis across people and workforce metrics and prepare data packs and executive-ready materials for senior leaders.

•Strong proficiency with Excel (pivot tables, trend analysis, modeling) and comfort working with data.
•Experience with Workday is strongly preferred; ability to learn and master new HR tools quickly, including AI tools like Co-Pilot.
