Job Summary

Perform land surveying for properties and sites to support construction, alterations, valuations, land use, and map making. Analyze and measure sites to establish boundaries, determine longitudes/latitudes, and record land data (shape, contour, location, elevation, dimensions). Produce and maintain sketches, maps, reports, and legal descriptions with high accuracy, submit daily/weekly/monthly survey updates, and supervise/draft with assistant surveyors while ensuring HSE compliance.

Key Responsibilities

•Analyze, measure, and inspect properties and sites to establish property boundaries and support construction projects.
•Prepare and maintain sketches, maps, reports, and legal descriptions, including accurate survey coordinates, longitudes, and latitudes.
•Record survey results (shape, contour, location, elevation, dimensions) for quantities, cost estimation, and invoice preparation.
•Submit daily, weekly, and monthly surveying reports and daily updates of sketches/maps, ensuring at least 95% accuracy.
•Train assistants and supervise assistant land surveyors on-site, while ensuring compliance with company safety procedures and HSE initiatives.

Key Requirements

•Minimum 5 years working experience, with 3 years relevant working experience.
•Knowledge of principles and practices of land surveying, including surveying techniques and equipment.
•Proficiency in land surveying principles, techniques, and the ability to interpret survey data and resolve discrepancies.
•Strong attention to detail and accuracy for precise measurements and boundary determinations.
•ERP knowledge preferably SAP functional skills.
