Job Summary

Lead and supervise a multi-station production/fulfillment operation, ensuring daily activities follow SOPs for safety, quality, and productivity. Manage inventory and replenishment, oversee order intake through timely, quality delivery, and uphold compliance with Safety/OSHA/HazMat/DOT requirements. Coach and develop direct reports, set objectives and performance measures, monitor production statistics, and drive continuous improvement and lean culture across shifts.

Key Responsibilities

•Supervise daily activities in line with SOPs, holding associates accountable for safety, quality, and productivity.
•Manage inventory and replenishment and oversee production/order completion from order intake to timely, quality delivery.
•Ensure compliance with Safety, OSHA, HazMat, and DOT regulations and maintain a safe, clean work environment.
•Plan and coordinate shift activities within the fulfillment center, including training, skill development, and performance measures.
•Monitor production and personnel statistics, lead special fulfillment projects as needed, and drive continuous improvement/lean culture.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Logistics, Business, Operations, or a related field, or alternatively 2 years of demonstrated managerial experience leading teams.
•Prior experience in warehousing, 3PL, distribution, or manufacturing environments (preferred).
•Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
•Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
•Strong process improvement skills and leadership with professional verbal and written communication.
