Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide consultative technical presales support for enterprise printing solutions, working with sales and channel teams to identify needs, qualify opportunities, and position solutions.
  • •Act as a trusted technical advisor by translating customer business challenges into technical recommendations and value propositions.
  • •Run discovery and needs assessments, including customer environments, workflows, security requirements, infrastructure constraints, and desired operational outcomes.
  • •Design tailored enterprise printing solutions (hardware, software, services, managed print services, workflow automation, fleet management, security, and cloud-enabled capabilities) and support solution architectures and technical documentation for proposals.
  • •Plan and support proofs of concept and lab demonstrations, including network/print infrastructure scenarios, software configuration, success criteria, and customer validation activities.
