Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide operational leadership of the WPD program and B2B service support (telephones, scheduling, and related programs).
  • •Supervise shipping of B2B orders and ensure accuracy and efficiency for WatchPAT Direct accounts and internal customers.
  • •Maintain and manage inventory of supplies for WatchPAT Direct and B2B operations.
  • •Train, coach, and conduct performance reviews for the WPD team using performance metrics and company processes.
