  • •Process provider roster submissions and updates within SLAs, including additions, terminations, and changes.
  • •Reconcile rosters against credentialing, enrollment, claims, and directory systems, identifying and correcting discrepancies.
  • •Audit provider records for completeness, accuracy, and compliance to improve audit scores and reduce claims-impacting error rates.
