Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive correcting activities on reported problems and incidents, interacting with other groups as well as users to identify and correct what went wrong and verify solutions.
  • •Continuously maintain systems to keep them structurally sound and performant, proactively suggesting improvements to promote effectiveness.
  • •Perform root cause analysis of selected problems and solve project technical difficulties by itself.
  • •Responsible for new system requirement analysis, design and development and ensure online stability.
  • •Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support IT environments and deliver reliable CRM solutions.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor degree or above in computer science and more than 7 years working experience; pre-sales & after-sales industry experience is preferred.
  • •Familiar with HTML, Javascript, VUE, C# language and proficient in SQL Server, Azure and D365 CRM development.
  • •Architectural skills in software and information management, familiar with IT support process and practices.
  • •Strong personal motivation, willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
  • •Strong business needs analysis, process improvement, problem solving and communication skills.
