Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive and align the FE Production team on critical reports for line management, inventory management, and cycle time.
  • •Own and maintain global inventory metrics, business processes, and reports; consolidate fab metrics for executive metric updates.
  • •Partner with sites and supply chain teams to enable timely communication of fab deviation to plan and support die mix/pull-in demand changes.
  • •Analyze line and inventory performance to provide line direction and develop mitigation plans for inventory management roadblocks.
  • •Lead proof-of-concepts and help deploy BKM reports/automation to improve fab/probe area efficiency and productivity.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (or related field) or equivalent experience.
  • •Intermediate knowledge of the 300mm semiconductor manufacturing process.
  • •More than 3 years experience in Inventory Control, Production Planning, or Line Management.
  • •Thorough knowledge of Micron lot tracking, capacity planning, scheduling, and line management systems and related reporting tools.
  • •Intermediate to advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); SQL and Tableau/reporting capability preferred.
