Key Requirements

  • •4+ years implementing and/or configuring Workday Time Tracking & Absence.
  • •4+ years of experience in a consulting, software, or internal Workday environment with hands-on responsibility for Time Tracking & Absence configuration and testing.
  • •6+ years implementing and/or configuring Workday Time Tracking & Absence (for Principal level).
  • •6+ years leading complex Time Tracking & Absence initiatives with cross-workstream coordination and structured testing (for Principal level).
  • •Experience partnering with HR and/or finance stakeholders in higher education and/or nonprofit environments, navigating shared governance structures.
