Time Tracking & Absence Consultant, Higher Education/ Nonprofit

Partner with mission-driven higher education and nonprofit organizations to design, configure, and deploy Workday Time Tracking & Absence solutions. Translate business requirements into practical configurations, support data conversion and integrations, and drive testing and issue resolution. Coordinate with Engagement Managers and project teams from design through deployment, communicate status and risks, and help transfer knowledge for long-term production success. Optionally mentor newer consultants and contribute to practice improvement initiatives.
