Key Requirements

  • •8 to 10+ years of professional experience in strategy consulting, digital transformation, AI, enterprise technology, or a similarly demanding environment.
  • •Experience operating at Partner, Principal, Engagement Manager, Director, or equivalent level in top-tier strategy consulting or transformation contexts.
  • •Strong ability to structure ambiguous problems, identify value, and turn strategy into execution.
  • •Experience leading large accounts, complex programs, or senior customer relationships.
  • •Fluency in English; German is a strong plus.
