Sr. Payroll Analyst

Manage complex, high-volume multi-state payrolls for a large U.S. employee population, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and on-time delivery. Audit and reconcile payroll data (earnings, deductions, taxes, garnishments, leave, and timekeeping), investigate discrepancies, and partner with HR, Benefits, and Finance to identify root causes. Support specialized payroll events including bonuses, equity, and off-cycle payments, while continuously improving payroll controls, reporting, and efficiencies.
