Job Summary

Lead a field-based reimbursement team responsible for in-office reimbursement and patient support services across an assigned territory. Drive day-to-day program operations for a pharmaceutical manufacturer client by managing staffing, SLAs, privacy/compliance adherence, and team performance. Partner with client leadership to execute strategic initiatives, provide consultative process improvements, and run reporting and business reviews. Oversee training, ride-a-longs, and ongoing team development with extensive travel.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead a team of field-based reimbursement specialists, including weekly 1:1s, team meetings, monthly check-ins, quarterly performance surveys, and QA audits.
•Ensure SLAs and contractual commitments are met and the team adheres to applicable privacy and compliance obligations, making staffing/process changes when needed.
•Provide leadership for field operations efficiency and execute field operations projects to enhance the overall Field Reimbursement Program.
•Partner with client and internal leaders to manage day-to-day activities, produce monthly/quarterly reporting, and support Quarterly Business Reviews.
•Drive FRM development through training, educational opportunities, and ride-a-longs/ongoing coaching to support career growth.

Travel: Extensive travel

Pay and Benefits

Salary: 87,500 - 145,800 annually

Key Requirements

•6+ years of reimbursement experience and 2+ years of supervisory experience.
•4-year degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
•Experience supporting a Field Reimbursement Team (preferred).
•Experience managing a field-based team, with management of a field-based reimbursement team (strongly preferred).
•Proven account/client management experience in a pharmacy or healthcare-related industry, with direct communication with pharmaceutical clients or stakeholders.
