Own the end-to-end launch and scaling of a new MSME lending product, from pilot design to live, fully operational execution. Finalize the scalable product proposition across customer acquisition, loan officer workflows, underwriting decisions, and issuance channels (including USSD). Lead go-to-market and rollout across the branch network and digital channels, manage product P&L, and partner closely with technology, operations, and credit/risk to ensure strong landing and compliance.
