Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead development of permanent design modifications for plant systems, components, and structures to maintain and improve reliability and safety.
  • •Ensure configuration control of design output documents (specifications, calculations, drawings, test requirements, and procedures) to meet regulatory and nuclear safety standards.
  • •Support unit start-up testing (Power Ascension Test) and identify engineering issues.
  • •Lead technical reviews including design seismic qualification reviews and specification development.
  • •Lead FSAR change impact assessments and support structural monitoring for long-term operation decisions (Civil Design only).

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma (or equivalent) in Engineering or related Science.
  • •8 years of relevant experience, including 1 year of Nuclear Power Plant engineering experience.
  • •Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering with APR-1400 or OPR-1000 maintenance and engineering experience (preferred).
