Key Responsibilities

  • •Monitor daily and weekly sell-through performance and identify sales velocity trends or anomalies.
  • •Track key account health metrics on Walmart Marketplace.
  • •Review warehouse inventory levels and prepare replenishment orders using inventory turns and replenishment logic.
  • •Create and manage shipments to Walmart fulfillment/warehouse locations, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • •Open and manage platform support cases, troubleshoot issues, and act on stale/slow-moving inventory.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 7 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •Proven hands-on experience managing a seller account on Walmart Marketplace (Seller Center).
  • •Ability to open, manage, and resolve platform support cases independently.
  • •Experience with inventory management and replenishment processes in an ecommerce context.
  • •Comfort creating and managing shipments to a marketplace platform.
  • •Available Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm EST (40 hours/week) in a full-time remote arrangement.
