•Oversee, assign, and conceive news video coverage in collaboration with the newsroom.
•Manage a team of video journalists producing live journalism, daily news videos, Reporter Video, and enterprise projects.
•Ensure videos meet editorial standards, style, and quality before publishing onsite and on social.
•Coordinate closely with the Asia bureau, the Live team, and other newsroom stakeholders to surface critical stories and visual opportunities.
•Review, assign, provide feedback, and coach producers to help them grow and work toward autonomy.
