Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage and monitor daily operational activities across Amazon accounts, including purchase orders, deliveries, shortages, and product availability.
  • •Coordinate forecasts, inventory planning, product launches, assortment updates, and promotional activities.
  • •Monitor and resolve operational issues, including chargebacks, compliance issues, deductions, and trade terms credits.
  • •Maintain accurate product, pricing, and customer information and ensure effective catalog and order management.
  • •Work daily in Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365), including EDI transactions, and support process improvements and automation initiatives.

Key Requirements

  • •A few years of experience in Amazon working with e-commerce, sales operations, or supply chain.
  • •Proven experience managing Amazon operations across multiple business models and platforms (product setup, inventory management, order processing).
  • •Experience with Amazon Vendor Central and Seller Central.
  • •Experience with ERP systems, preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365), including EDI transactions.
  • •Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with advanced Excel and a data-driven mindset.
