Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure proper implementation of branch/company agreements, collective regulations, and local labour law.
  • •Act as the primary focal point and trusted advisor for HR Business Partners to resolve employee concerns.
  • •Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate major labour law risks to safeguard the organization.
  • •Design and implement internal policies and rules compliant with labour legislation, and keep up-to-date on HR issues and regulatory updates.
  • •Conduct thorough and impartial people-matters investigations: assess alerts, coordinate stakeholders, draft reports and recommendations, present findings to disciplinary committees, and monitor recommendation implementation.
