Job Summary

Act as an HR Business Partner for corporate functions, aligning business objectives with employees and management across groups. Deliver HR services including talent management, employee engagement, employee relations, compensation and benefits, performance management and change management. Partner with business leaders to identify workforce needs, implement solutions, coach managers, influence change, and continuously improve the employee experience.

Key Responsibilities

•Act as a Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) aligning business objectives with employees and management across corporate functions.
•Support the delivery of HR services, including talent management, employee engagement, employee relations, compensation and benefits, performance management, and change management.
•Participate in the implementation of HR action plans, programs, and projects that support corporate objectives.
•Partner with business leaders to identify workforce needs (e.g., skills development, retention, engagement) and implement appropriate solutions.
•Provide coaching to managers on HR-related topics, including employee management and leadership development.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
•2–3 years of progressive experience in an HR Business Partner or similar HR role.
•Experience working in a multi-site environment.
•Demonstrated experience in change management and business partnering.
•Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written) in both French and English.
